ABOUT
Attorney Zach Morahan opened Morahan Law Office, PLLC in 2026 after spending 13 years at a large regional law firm where he managed the firm’s Pennsylvania practice. He is admitted in both Pennsylvania and New York State and his practice is concentrated in energy law, litigation and trusts and estates. He routinely represents clients in oil and gas matters, including pipeline right of way agreements, along with solar leases, quarry leases and other property lease matters. Zach also has an active estate planning practice and utilizes that experience in estate litigation. He handles contested estates, will contests and guardianships in both Pennsylvania and New York State.
